IUP Dining: A Broad Array of Little Options
History of IUP Dining
The IUP Council of Trustees approved the $37-million campus dining master plan in December 2011. Indiana University of Pennsylvania Dining Innovations program started at three phases. The first two phases of Dining Innovations are a $13.75-million renovated Folger Dining Hall, opened in October 2015, the $6.5-million Crimson Café, opened in August 2014, and the construction of the $17-million North Dining Hall, opened in August of 2017. One of the main dining options on campus is the North Dining Hall. After the completion of the North Dining Hall, the three phase $37-million Dining Innovations project came to an end.
